General Bio:
I’ve loved words since the moment I first learned to read. I’m the first to pick up a pen or break out a laptop to write down my next big idea, and I’m thrilled to be the content marketing manager at Inflow.
After graduating with a journalism degree from the University of Kansas in 2016, I interned at the Kansas City Star before jumping into the marketing world as a content writer for a Kansas City media company. There, I quickly carved out an assistant content manager position for myself with superb editing skills and story-telling know-how. In the fall of 2020, I joined the Inflow team to build upon its brand as a premier boutique e-Commerce agency.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me planning my next trip and dreaming about the beach. I split my days in Lincoln City, OR, between spoiling my dog, cooking, and rewatching movie musicals.
What’s the best part about working at Inflow?
It’s so wonderful to work with a team that truly values work/life balance. Each of us trusts our team members to get their work done on the schedule that works for them. There’s no micromanaging here, and supervisors encourage you to take advantage of your plentiful PTO — without “checking in” while you’re on vacation!
Do you have a favorite Inflow moment?
Because I’m the content marketing manager, the most exciting moment for me was launching our redesigned, rewritten website in the summer of 2021. It was not only a huge project to accomplish, but it also was a huge improvement over our old design and now provides a much better user experience for our prospective clients!
If you weren’t doing this, what would you be doing?
In an ideal world where I had the talent, I would be a Broadway performer — or, on the other side of the stage, the NY Times theater critic.
